The Union of Road and Related Transport Workers (SITRA) is pleased to announce the launch of the “SITRA Mobile” App. The App provides a range of possibilities for interaction between Members and the Unions Board of Directors and vice versa, thus contributing to bringing the Associations governance strategies closer to the wishes of its Members. Using this solution, SITRA Members now have, via their mobile phones, access to the pulse of the Unions activity in real time! Take advantage of the smartphone in your hand and, by installing the “SITRA Mobile” App, acquire a greater proximity of communication, registration of requests / problems and perception of events / global opinion conveyed by the Union. The mobile solution built and delivered to the SITRA Union was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules: CONTACTS (ACTIVE)Engine that allows Members to view and access useful contacts of multiple entities related to the Union (phone, link, e-mail, address, GPS, etc). PROVIDER (ACTIVE)Engine that records requests, situations to be corrected and recommendations, giving real-time feedback to Members. STATUS (ACTIVE)Engine that creates and publishes dashboards and statistics in real time on the status of orders communicated by the Member. PARTICIPATE (ACTIVE)Real-time polling engine that allows you to ask questions and get answers from Members (Surveys, Diagnostics, Opinion Surveys, etc.) INFORMATION (ACTIVE)Engine that allows the visualization of the usual documents published in the Unions window (Notices, Regulations, Agreements, Forms, etc.) POINTS OF INTEREST (ACTIVE)Engine that allows the geolocalized definition and tracing of the access route to points of interest (example: registered entities or other useful ones).
